This (Wrapper) Capa is grown in the region of Jalapa Valley, Nicaragua, which is North of Estelí. The soil and weather is much like the climates of Connecticut. This Capa is one of the more Light wrapper shades. Grown from the Connecticut seed from the USA in Nicaragua. The binder is Indonesia with Seco, and Organic Viso along with a touch of Ligero filler from the Jalapa Valley. A little different for a Cigar with a Connecticut Wrapper.
This cigar is a mild blend with a delicious flavor profile of sweet cedar cream and toast with a touch of spice on the finish. It is a must-try for anyone who enjoys superior quality construction.
Our Connecticut (Wrapper) Capa is grown from seeds that first started in the USA in the State of Connecticut. It is now commonly grown for us in Nicaragua. The wrapper brings along a wonderfully light, tobacco scent. Once widely used. The wrapper leaf is a little less broad than some of our other wrapper leaves but makes a great tasting premium cigar. Mild to medium taste.
